The 精东影业影视 constructed a new 33,815-square-foot BMW dealership for Yark聽Automotive Group in Sylvania Township. 聽This included聽a new showroom, sales department, offices, service area, parts mezzanine, car wash and a parking lot. The finished facility is unique, one half is a conventional steel, all glass聽showroom, while the other half is a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered steel building for the聽service area. The showroom required underground ductwork鈥攁 rarity in the construction industry鈥攖o accommodate BMW’s desire for the highest ceilings possible.

Construction began in fall 2016 which meant work continued throughout winter months. In order to complete the facility on time, the team had to work efficiently and schedule strategically. Yark BMW opened its doors in the spring and hosted a grand opening celebration at the end of March 2017.

Rudolph Libbe Inc. self-performed sitework, concrete, masonry, and carpentry and GEM聽Inc. self-performed the installation of the building’s mechanical听蝉测蝉迟别尘蝉.
