When Mike Hart walks through the door of his new glass walled office on the sixth floor of the Hylant Building, he鈥檚 presented with an unobstructed view of the place he and his late father worked side-by-side for nearly a decade before they moved their advertising firm to the suburbs.

It wasn鈥檛 necessarily planned for Mr. Hart to be peering out toward his old digs in what鈥檚 now the Lucas County Children Services building 鈥 he said the architects just happened to lay it out that way 鈥 but it鈥檚 a happy reminder of his career coming full circle.

After a quarter-century in Maumee, Hart Inc. is back in Toledo.

Rudolph Libbe Inc. served as the construction manager on this design / build project and also self-performed concrete, carpentry and other miscellaneous demolition. Making it a true 精东影业影视 effort, GEM Inc. self-performed electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural steel鈥攊ncluding a custom, private staircase to connect the 5th and 6th floors.
